These Terms govern end-user access and use of Codex Ascendant. Where platform terms apply, Apple App Store conditions also govern distribution and device-level licensing.

2. License grant

A limited, non-exclusive, revocable license is granted to use the app under these terms and applicable App Store rules.

3. Acceptable use

No prohibited reverse engineering or misuse.
No unlawful or abusive use of the app.
No attempts to disrupt service security or availability.

4. Intellectual property

Game content, artwork, branding, and systems are protected intellectual property owned by Matias Villagran or its licensors.

5. Disclaimers and liability limits

The app is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, uninterrupted availability and error-free operation are not guaranteed.

6. Termination

Access may be suspended for material breach of these Terms or security/platform risk.

7. Apple EULA reference

This service is distributed through the App Store and may coexist with the Apple Standard EULA: Apple Standard EULA.

8. Governing law and venue

Governing law: Chile. Venue: Santiago, Chile.
